Pink Crow Café is more than a place for coffee. It's a place of community. We believe in ethically sourced coffee, homemade pastries, in-house-prepared quality food, and a welcoming environment. Where possible, our café supports local providers of food ingredients, beverages, and chefs.
A love for community!
We are dedicated to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and included. Together, we aim to create a supportive space that encourages collaboration and growth.
Owner Jessica Miller first thought of opening a community café in 2017 while visiting Europe with her stepdaughter, Payton, and her husband, Troy. The slow-paced café culture in Europe intrigued Jessica to try to create a similar experience in Waterloo. Years later, Anna, Jessica's sister (and current Pink Crow Café Manager), expressed interest in making this dream a reality. With all family members on board (including Penny, Jessica's youngest daughter), the transition from the beloved Red House to Pink Crow Café came to fruition.

People want to know...Why Pink Crow?
Crows are judged harshly when in fact they are social, smart, and caring. I think sometimes we judge other people harshly without really understanding their truth, or their perspective. So let's make Pink Crow a judgement free zone. Everyone is welcome. Oh and I chose pink because why the heck not!
