More Than Just a Cafe
Pink Crow Cafe is more than a place for coffee. It's a place of community. We believe in ethically sourced coffee, homemade pastries, in-house prepared quality food, and a welcoming environment. Where possible our cafe supports local providers of food ingredients, beverages, and chefs.

A love for community!
We are dedicated to fostering a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and included. Together, we aim to create a supportive space that encourages collaboration and growth.

Owner Jessica Miller first thought of opening a community cafe in 2017 while visiting Europe with her stepdaughter, Payton, and her husband, Troy. The slow-paced cafe culture in Europe intrigued Jessica to try and create a similar experience in Waterloo. Years later, Anna, Jessica's sister (and current Pink Crow Cafe manager) expressed interest in making this dream a reality. With all family members on board (including Penny, Jessica's youngest daughter), the transition from the beloved Red House to Pink Crow Cafe came to fruition.

"Red House was my favourite restaurant. I hope people will appreciate the ambiance and gather at Pink Crow the same way."
