Pink Crow Cafe is more than a place for coffee. It's a place of community. We believe in ethically sourced coffee, homemade pastries, in-house prepared quality food, and a welcoming environment. Where possible our cafe supports local providers of food ingredients, beverages, and chefs.
A love for community!
Jessica Miller moved to Waterloo in 2015 to pursue her PhD in Developmental Psychology from WLU. After graduating, Jessica realized the more she became involved in Waterloo Region the more she developed a passion for the community. As a woman with a vision, Jessica pursued her life-long dream to open a cafe that focused on quality coffee, healthy food, and of course...community.

Born in Buffalo NY, nicknamed the "City of Good Neighbors", Jessica's love for community is inherent. "I want everyone to feel welcome and at home at the cafe."

Adopting a philosophy of supporting local business in any way she can, Jessica aims to purchase locally farmed eggs and produce with the bigger picture being supporting Canadian companies.
